White Bean Bruschetta
1 (15) ounce can of Cannellini beans (rinse/drain)
1/2 cup Cucumber Tomato Salsa
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Sea salt
Crostini
Grated Parmesan
Freshly chopped cilantro
Roughly chop Cannellini beans, and gently stir in My Brother's Cucumber Tomato Salsa, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Serve on crostini and garnish with grated parmesan and chopped cilantro.
