Citrus Salad

A fresh, light salad using seasonal grapefruit and oranges, complemented nicely with our tangy Cranberry Orange Vinaigrette.

Salad

Lettuce (Bibb, Butter or Mixed Greens)

Pecan Halves

Orange slices

Grapefruit slices

Blue cheese, crumbled

Pomegranate seeds

Cranberry Orange Vinaigrette: (yields approx. 1 ¼ cups)

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup white balsamic vinegar (can substitute rice vinegar)

½ cup My Brother’s Cranberry Orange Salsa

salt to taste

Combine salad ingredients.  Toss with Cranberry Orange Vinaigrette just before serving.
