1/2 cup My Brother’s Peach Tomatillo Salsa
1 orange bell pepper petite diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
toasted baguette slices
goat cheese
Combine My Brother’s Salsa, bell pepper, olive oil, vinegar, salt. Serve with creamy goat cheese and toasted baguette slices.
