Creamy Chicken Dip
for SLOW COOKER - when you need a crowd pleasing dip...this is THE one to serve!
4 small boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
1 jar 16 oz. My Brother’s Black Bean and Corn Salsa
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 - 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
jalapeno slices
In a slow cooker, place chicken breast, My Brother’s Black Bean/Corn Salsa and soup. Cook on low 6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks. Stir in sour cream and black beans, cheese. Warm through. Serve with chips and jalapeno slices.
