Kentucky Hot Brown Nachos
Oh my...another South meets Southwest kinda thing..it’s our Southwestern take on a Southern classic -the Kentucky Hot Brown...but we’re making nachos! Yum.
10 ounce My Brother’s Organic Corn Tortilla Chips
16 ounces white american cheese, shredded
12 ounces of roast turkey breast, diced
8 slices of bacon, cooked, crumbled
My Brother’s Salsa (Roasted Tomato, House, Original, Farm Stand , or Hatch)
Mexican Crema or sour cream
On baking sheet layer corn tortilla chips, shredded cheese, roast turkey, bacon. Place in 450 * oven (middle of oven) for about 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melty and starts to bubble. Remove and serve with MyBrother’s Salsa and Mexican Crema.
